What is the delivery time for online orders?

Delivery usually takes about 1 week. Once shipped, we provide a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

What material do you use for your surgical instruments?

Our instruments are manufactured from medical-grade stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. TC (Tungsten Carbide) options are also available for selected instruments.

Do you offer wholesale/bulk pricing and custom branding?

Yes. We offer wholesale & bulk pricing for distributors, clinics, and hospitals. We also provide free logo laser engraving (marking) on most instruments, plus OEM and custom packaging options.

Do you handle customs clearance?

For shipments to the Middle East (including Gulf countries), North America, Europe, and other major regions, we can clear customs on your behalf where applicable to ensure smooth and timely delivery. For other destinations, we provide complete and certified documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificates, and compliance documents) to support smooth customs clearance in your country.

Do you ship to Russia?

Yes, we ship to Russia by road, and customs clearance is our responsibility to ensure smooth and hassle-free delivery.
