Delivery time depends on your country and the courier chosen. We confirm the expected date when your order is placed. Import duties or taxes charged by your own country are not included in our prices.

We would always rather sort out a problem than leave a surgeon working with an instrument that does not suit them.
Care and Sterilization Guidance
Good instruments last for years when they are looked after properly, and most damage we see comes from cleaning and storage rather than use.
Ask us and we will send you the sterilization guidance and care instructions for the instruments you have bought — recommended methods, cleaning, lubrication, storage, and what to check for. Instrument data sheets are available on request too.
Before You Order
Can I order just one instrument?
Yes. There is no minimum order. A single replacement instrument is just as welcome as a full set.
Do I need to be a clinic or a registered practitioner?
No. Students, trainees, nurses, and individual practitioners order from us regularly. Some countries restrict certain items at customs, so tell us your country if you are unsure.
The instrument I need is not on the website. Can you still supply it?
Very likely, yes. Our range is much wider than what is displayed. Send the name or a photograph and we will tell you straight away.
Are the instruments supplied sterile?
Instruments are supplied clean and ready for your own sterilization process, in the normal way for reusable surgical instruments. We will send you the recommended method on request.
How do I know which size to choose?
Message us and describe the procedure. It takes us a minute to point you at the right pattern, and it saves you a return.
I want a larger quantity for my clinic or shop. Is that different?
It is. Larger quantities get wholesale pricing, and our wholesale page explains how that works, including samples and delivery times.
