Returns Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the order if:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The product received is defective due to a manufacturing issue.
- An incorrect item was supplied by Healermed Instruments.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or private-label products.
- Products altered, modified, or used after delivery.
- Sterile products with broken packaging or seals.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
Return Authorization
Before returning any product, customers must contact our support team and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) approval. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with the following information:
- Order number
- Product name and quantity
- Description of the issue
- Photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, Healermed Instruments will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund request.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
- Banking and payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
Replacements
In cases of manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or incorrect shipments, Healermed Instruments may provide a replacement product instead of a refund, depending on the customer's preference and product availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Healermed Instruments or a verified manufacturing defect.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before production or shipment. Customized, engraved, OEM, and private-label orders may not be canceled once production has begun.
