Your specification, your logo, your packaging — produced in our own workshop in Sialkot. You approve a sample before we make the batch.
Healermed Instruments
Healermed Instruments is a surgical instrument manufacturer and exporter based in Sialkot, Pakistan — the city that has supplied operating theatres around the world for well over a century. Surgical instruments are the whole of what we do, and we have built the company around doing that one thing carefully.
Because the instruments are made, finished, and inspected in our own workshop, we can change a pattern, adjust a size, or add your marking without sending the work somewhere else. The people who can make your change happen are in the same room.
We are glad to work with brand owners, distributors, and companies building their own instrument line. Whether this is your first branded order or a repeat production run, you deal directly with the people making your instruments.
Certificates and company documents are available to buyers on request.
Private Label or Full OEM
Most buyers arrive needing one of these two things. Both are welcome, and you can start with one and move to the other as your range grows.
Our existing instrument designs, supplied under your brand. This is the quickest way to build a branded range, because the patterns are already proven and in production.
Instruments made to your own drawing, sample, or modification. If you need a pattern that does not exist in our catalogue, or a change to one that does, this is the route.
Marking and Engraving
Marking is applied to each individual instrument, not only to the box. Your name stays on the instrument for its whole working life, which is exactly the point of building a brand.
Packaging Under Your Brand
The instrument is only part of what your customer sees. We can prepare the presentation to match your brand as well.
How an OEM Order Works
Tooling, Prototypes and Minimums
Tooling and Prototype Cost
What it costs to start depends entirely on what you are asking for. A logo added to an existing instrument is a small step. A pattern built from scratch involves new tooling and takes more work.
Send us the modification you have in mind and we will tell you honestly what is involved, what it will cost, and how long the prototype will take for that particular instrument.
Minimum Order Quantity — Flexible
There is no single minimum across the catalogue, because a simple forceps and a custom micro instrument are not the same job. Your minimum depends on the instrument, the specification, and the marking or modification involved.
Starting small is fine. Many of our long-term partners began with one modest branded order and grew from there.
Pricing — Fair and Open to Discussion
The larger the quantity, the better the unit price. We will show you where the price steps down at each level so you can plan your order size with real numbers in front of you.
We are always happy to discuss the price. Tell us what your market needs and we will do our best to get there with you.
The one thing we keep steady is the standard of the instrument — because once your name is on it, its quality becomes your reputation, not ours.
Your Design Stays Yours
When you invest in a pattern of your own, you need to know it will not appear in somebody else's catalogue next season. That concern is completely fair, and we take it seriously.
Certifications and Registrations
When instruments carry your brand, your customers will ask you about compliance. Here is what stands behind them.
Documents for Your Own Registration
If you are registering your brand in your own country, tell us which documents your authority asks for. Certification copies, company registration papers, instrument data sheets, and sterilization and care instructions are all available on request.
Methods and Terms
How You Can Pay
A transfer to the registered company account gives both of us a clean record and keeps transaction charges off your unit price.
Payment Terms — Agreed With You
Terms are settled in conversation, before production starts. The usual arrangement is a part payment in advance to begin production, with the balance before dispatch.
The split is open to discussion and depends on the order size, the tooling involved, and the specification. Whatever we agree is confirmed in writing so there is no confusion later.
Shipping and Delivery Time
Which method suits you depends on your quantity, your deadline, and your destination. We work the shipping cost out with you while the order is being agreed, so nothing is added as a surprise at the end.
Delivery Time
For most orders of 100 to 500 pieces, production takes 2 to 3 weeks, plus transit time for the shipping method you choose.
Custom patterns, new tooling, and special marking add time to that, and prototype approval sits before it. We give you a realistic date during the conversation rather than an optimistic one.
Your Money Is Protected
Placing a branded order with a supplier overseas is a real commitment. Here is how we make sure it is a safe one.
Before You Ask
What is the difference between private label and OEM?
Private label means our existing instrument designs supplied under your brand. OEM means instruments made to your own drawing, sample, or modification. Private label is faster to start; OEM gives you a pattern nobody else has.
Can you put my logo on every instrument?
Yes. Your logo, brand name, article codes, and size markings can be etched or engraved on each individual instrument, positioned where you specify.
What does tooling cost?
It depends on the modification you are asking for. A marking change costs very little; a completely new pattern involves more. Send us the details and we will give you the real figure for your instrument.
How long does a prototype take?
It varies with the instrument. A simple modification is quick; a complex micro instrument takes longer. We give you the timeline for your specific item when we quote.
What is the minimum order for branded instruments?
It is flexible and depends on the instrument, the specification, and the marking involved. Send your list and we will tell you the minimum for those exact items.
Will my design be sold to other buyers?
No. Instruments made to your design are produced for you only, and we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share your drawings with us.
Can I start with a small trial order?
Yes, and we would encourage it. Starting small lets you test your market and lets both of us build confidence before larger production runs.
Let's Build Your Brand Together
Send us your instrument list, your drawing, or just an idea of what you want to build. We will tell you what is involved and what it costs.
