About Us

Healermed Instruments

Healermed Instruments is a surgical instrument manufacturer and exporter based in Sialkot, Pakistan — the city that has supplied operating theatres around the world for well over a century. Surgical instruments are the whole of what we do, and we have built the company around doing that one thing carefully.

Every instrument we supply is made, finished, and inspected in our own workshop. Working this way keeps our prices fair, lets us check quality at every stage, and means that when you ask for a change to a design, the people who can make it happen are in the same room.

We are glad to work with distributors, dealers, hospitals, clinics, and brand owners around the world. Whether you are ordering a small quantity to try us out or planning a regular supply, you will be talking directly to the people who make your instruments — and we are always happy to answer questions before you decide anything.

The Process

How a Wholesale Order Works

1. You send your list
Instrument names, sizes, quantities, and any modification you need. A photo or drawing is enough if you do not have the exact name.
2. We send your price
Usually within two hours during working days, with quantity-based pricing so you can see where the price improves.
3. You check samples first
Before any bulk order, you hold the instrument in your hand. Under five pieces of regular items are free — you only pay the shipping.
4. We agree terms and start production
Quantity, price, payment split, marking, and packaging are all settled in writing before we begin.
5. Pre-production sample from your own order
As soon as the order is confirmed, we produce and ship a sample from that exact production run for your approval — so the full batch is never made on an assumption.
6. Inspection, packing, and dispatch
Final inspection, packing to your requirement, export documents prepared, and shipment by the method that suits your timeline.

Check Samples Before You Commit

We would rather you judge the steel, the finish, the joint, and the cutting edge yourself than take our word for it. This is the honest way to start a supply relationship, and it protects both sides.

Under five pieces of regular, unmodified instruments — free of charge
You pay only the courier cost to your country
Modified or custom-made samples are quoted separately, because tooling is involved
Sample delivery time is confirmed when you place the request

Minimum Order and Pricing

Minimum Order Quantity — Flexible

We do not publish one fixed minimum, because a single number would be dishonest across a catalogue this wide. A simple forceps and a complex micro instrument do not carry the same production cost.

Your minimum depends on which instruments you need, the specification you want, whether any modification is involved, and how the pricing is structured in your deal. Tell us what you are trying to achieve and we will work with it.

Small first orders are welcome. We would rather start small and grow with you than push you into a quantity you are not ready for.

Pricing — Fair and Open to Discussion

The larger the quantity, the better the unit price. We will show you where the price steps down at each level, so you can choose your order size with real numbers in front of you rather than guessing.

We are always happy to discuss the price. Tell us what your market needs and what you are working towards, and we will do our best to get there with you — most of our long-term buyers started with exactly that conversation.

The one thing we keep steady is the standard of the instrument. We would rather give you a price we can hold and a product your customers come back for, than a cheaper figure that costs you their trust later.

Your Brand

Logo Engraving and Custom Marking

Instruments can be supplied marked with your own brand instead of ours. Marking is applied to each individual instrument, not just the packaging.

Your Logo
Etched or engraved on each tool, positioned as you specify
Reference Codes
Your own catalogue or article numbers marked on the instrument
Size and Origin Text
Size markings, batch or lot text, and required origin wording
Packaging
Labels, pouches, and cartons prepared to your design

Anything else you want etched on the instrument can be discussed. Marking requirements affect tooling and quantity, so raise them early and we will build them into the quotation.

Compliance

Certifications and Registrations

We are a registered company and hold the certifications a professional buyer is required to check.

Documents on Request

Company registration, certification copies, and export documents are available to serious buyers on request. If your own registration or tender process requires a specific document, tell us which one and we will send it.

Payment

Methods and Terms

How You Can Pay

Bank transfer / T.T. to our company account — our preferred method for wholesale
 Debit and credit card
 PayPal
Other methods can be discussed if they suit your country

For wholesale orders we prefer a transfer to the registered company bank account. It gives both of us a clean record and keeps transaction costs off your unit price.

Payment Terms — Agreed With You

We do not force one payment structure on every buyer. Terms are agreed during the conversation, before production starts.

The usual arrangement is a part payment in advance to begin production, with the balance settled before dispatch. The split itself is open to discussion and depends on the order size and the specification.

Once terms are agreed, they are confirmed in writing on the proforma invoice so there is no confusion later.

Logistics

Shipping and Delivery Time

Air Cargo
Suited to medium and larger orders where you still need speed. Cost per kilo drops as volume rises.
Sea Freight
The economical choice for large, planned orders where the delivery date is not urgent.
Express Courier
DHL, FedEx, UPS and others for samples, urgent stock, and smaller shipments delivered to your door.

Which method makes sense depends on your quantity, your deadline, and your destination. We work out the shipping cost with you while the deal is being agreed — not as a surprise added at the end.

Delivery Time

For most orders of 100 to 500 pieces, production takes 2 to 3 weeks, plus transit time for the shipping method you choose.

Larger quantities, custom modifications, and special marking take longer. We give you a realistic date during the conversation rather than an optimistic one that we then miss.

After Your Order

Your Money Is Protected

Buying from overseas carries a real risk, and pretending otherwise helps nobody. Here is exactly how we remove that risk from your side.

Approval Before Bulk
We ship a sample from your own confirmed order first. Full production only starts once you approve it.
Replacement
If instruments do not match what was agreed, we replace them — and keep working until you are satisfied.
Return Option
If you would rather return the goods than have them replaced, you can. Your money is safe with us.
One Contact Person
You deal with the same person from first enquiry through to delivery and repeat orders.
Support

Certification copies — supplied on request for your registration or tender file

Common Questions

Before You Ask

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

A manufacturer. The instruments are made in our own workshop in Sialkot. You are welcome to ask for workshop photographs or a video call before you order.

What is your minimum order quantity?

It is flexible and depends on the instrument, the specification, and any modification involved. Send your list and we will tell you the minimum for those exact items.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. Under five pieces of regular unmodified instruments are free — you pay only the shipping cost to your country.

How long does a wholesale order take?

Typically 2 to 3 weeks in production for 100 to 500 pieces, plus shipping time. Larger or customised orders take longer and we confirm the date before you pay.

Can you supply instruments under my own brand?

Yes. Your logo and reference codes can be engraved on each instrument, and packaging can be produced to your design.

How quickly will I get a reply?

Usually within two hours on working days. If your enquiry needs a costing on a custom item, we tell you when to expect the full quotation.
