Whether you need a single instrument, a wholesale shipment, or a complete range under your own brand — you are dealing directly with the people who make them.
Healermed Instruments
Healermed Instruments is a surgical instrument manufacturer and exporter based in Sialkot, Pakistan — the city that has supplied operating theatres around the world for well over a century. Surgical instruments are the whole of what we do.
Because our instruments are made, finished, and inspected in our own workshop, we can hold our prices, control quality at every stage, and change a design when a buyer asks. The people who can make it happen are in the same room.
Certificates and company documents are available to buyers on request.
Three Ways to Work With Us
Different buyers need different things, so each route is set up properly rather than everyone being pushed through the same process.
For distributors, dealers, hospitals, and clinics buying in volume. Flexible minimums, quantity pricing, and samples before you commit.
For brand owners building their own instrument line, or anyone needing a pattern made to their own drawing or sample.
For surgeons, dentists, veterinary practitioners, clinics, nurses, and students who need one instrument or a small set.
Instruments for Every Speciality
Our range is wider than what is shown online. If an instrument is not listed, ask — there is a good chance we already make it.

Send your instrument list, your quantity, and your country — or just ask a question. Whichever way you reach us, it comes to the same team.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer. Our instruments are made, finished, and inspected in our own workshop in Sialkot. You are welcome to ask for workshop photographs or a video call before ordering.
Can I order just one instrument?
Yes. There is no minimum order for online purchases — a single replacement instrument is as welcome as a full set.
What is the minimum order for wholesale?
It is flexible and depends on the instrument, the specification, and any modification involved. Send your list and we will tell you the minimum for those exact items.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Under five pieces of regular unmodified instruments are free — you pay only the courier cost to your country. Modified or custom samples are quoted separately.
How long does an order take?
Most orders of 100 to 500 pieces take two to three weeks in production, plus transit time. Custom patterns and special marking take longer, and we confirm a realistic date before you pay.
Can you supply instruments under my own brand?
Yes. Your logo, article codes, and size markings can be etched on each individual instrument, and packaging can be produced to your design.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer to our company account, debit and credit card, and PayPal. For wholesale and OEM orders we prefer a company bank transfer. Other methods can be discussed if they suit your country.
How do you ship?
By air cargo, sea freight, or express courier such as DHL, FedEx and UPS — depending on your quantity, your deadline, and your destination. Shipping cost is agreed with you while the order is being placed.
What if the instruments are not what I expected?
Tell us and we will replace them, or you can return them. For bulk orders we ship a sample from your own production run for approval before the batch is made, so problems are caught early.
The instrument I need is not listed. Can you still supply it?
Very likely. Our range is wider than what appears online and in the catalogues. Send the name or a photograph and we will confirm.
Can you provide certificates and company documents?
Yes. Certification copies, company registration papers, instrument data sheets, and sterilization and care instructions are available on request — tell us which documents you need.
