Plastic Surgery Instruments Catalogue – Edition 2

The specialty volume: breast surgery, rhinoplasty, bone instruments and complete procedure sets.

Where Edition 1 covers the instruments every plastic surgery tray needs, Edition 2 covers the instruments a specific procedure needs. It is the volume for surgeons and buyers working in mammaplasty, breast augmentation and reconstruction, rhinoplasty and septoplasty, facial bone contouring and cartilage grafting.

This edition also carries the complete plastic surgery instrument sets and boxes — ready-assembled procedure trays for abdominoplasty, blepharoplasty, brow lift, rhinoplasty and breast surgery, supplied in sterilisation cases with an itemised contents list.

Who this edition is for: aesthetic and reconstructive surgeons specifying procedure-specific instruments, hospital procurement teams buying complete sets, and distributors expanding beyond the general range into high-margin specialty patterns.

What is inside Edition 2

Breast Retractors

The deepest section of this edition. Fibre-optic and standard breast retractors in Ferriera, Marx, Cushing, Tebbetts, Deaver and Richardson patterns, with light-guide channels, suction ports and multiple blade widths and depths for augmentation, mastopexy, reduction and reconstruction.

Areola Markers and Mammaplasty Gauges

Grossman 4-in-1 markers (40 / 44 / 48 / 52 mm), Freeman 4-star inner marking areola markers, adjustable mammaplasty gauges and nipple-areola sizing rings for symmetrical pre-operative marking.

Breast Dissectors and Elevators

MacCollum-Dingman and Padgett dissectors for blunt tissue separation and pocket undermining, plus elevators sized for submuscular and subglandular plane work.

Rhinoplasty and Nasal Instruments

Fomon and Maltz TC nasal rasps, Aufricht and Cottle nasal retractors, Killian and Cottle nasal speculums, Gorney septum suction elevators, nasal septum forceps, nasal shears and nasal cutting forceps — the full rhinoplasty and septoplasty working set.

Chisels, Osteotomes, Mallets and Rongeurs

Straight, curved and guarded osteotomes, Walter V-shape modified chisels, lead-filled and stainless surgical mallets, and bone rongeurs for controlled osteotomy and bone contouring in facial and nasal surgery.

Cartilage Instruments and Rib Raspatories

Cartilage crushers, morselisers and cutting blocks for graft preparation, with rib raspatories for costal cartilage harvest in structural rhinoplasty.

Complete Instrument Sets and Boxes

Pre-assembled procedure sets — abdominoplasty, blepharoplasty (18-piece), gliding brow lift, rhinoplasty and breast surgery — each with a printed contents list, sterilisation tray and the option of custom composition.

Materials, finishes and quality

  • Steel: premium surgical stainless steel, autoclave stable and corrosion resistant.
  • Finishes: mirror polished, satin, matte, and dull non-reflective — the latter preferred for fibre-optic retractors where glare interferes with visualisation.
  • Specialty options: Tungsten Carbide inserts on cutting and gripping surfaces, fibre-optic light guides on retractors, and titanium options on request.
  • Compliance: manufactured under FDA CGMP, ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and CE Mark frameworks.
  • Identification: Healermed model codes on every line for straightforward repeat ordering.

Custom sets, OEM and private label

Specialty instruments are where OEM buyers get the most value. Any pattern in Edition 2 can be produced under your own brand with custom engraving, custom packaging and a set composition of your choosing. Send a contents list and we will quote the tray, the instruments and the branding as one line.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need Edition 1 as well?

If you are building a complete tray, yes. Edition 2 assumes you already have the core cutting, grasping and suturing instruments listed in Edition 1. Most procedure sets draw from both volumes.

What is a fibre-optic breast retractor and why does it cost more?

It carries an internal light-guide channel that connects to a fibre-optic cable, illuminating the surgical pocket directly instead of relying on overhead lighting. It costs more because the channel is machined and finished to optical tolerance. For submuscular augmentation and deep pocket dissection it materially improves visualisation.

Can I order a set with my own instrument list?

Yes. Send your contents list through the contact page and we will quote the assembled set with a matching sterilisation tray.

Are rhinoplasty instruments in this catalogue the same as the ENT catalogue?

There is deliberate overlap. Nasal rasps, speculums, retractors and osteotomes serve both aesthetic rhinoplasty and functional ENT surgery. The ENT catalogue adds otology, sinus and airway instruments that do not appear here.

What sizes do the areola markers come in?

The Grossman 4-in-1 marker covers 40, 44, 48 and 52 mm on a single instrument. Fixed-size and adjustable gauge patterns are also listed.
