Self-Refilling Ear Cleaning Syringe Set
The self-refilling ear cleaning syringe set draws water from a bowl through a flexible tube and a valve attachment, so the syringe refills itself at every stroke and the ear can be rinsed without stopping to reload.
The valve attachment lets water in on the back stroke and out through the tip on the push stroke. A protecting disc stops splash-back, and the suction nozzle helps to clear water and debris.
Three tip connectors are included: a metal olive connector, a conical tip connector and a button ended tip connector, so the tip can be chosen for the patient and the job.

Schimmelbusch Ear Syringes, 50 to 200ml
The Schimmelbusch ear syringe is a reusable metal syringe with finger rings and a splash shield, used to rinse the ear canal with warm water to remove wax and debris.
It is made in five volumes, 50, 75, 100, 150 and 200ml, and comes with a splash shield and 2 tips.
Two tip fittings are made: threaded, where the tip screws on, and Luer Lock, the standard medical twist-lock fitting. Spare conical and olive cannulas are sold separately.

Spare Schimmelbusch Cannulas
Spare Schimmelbusch cannulas are replacement tips for the Schimmelbusch ear syringe. The tip shape decides how the water jet enters the ear canal.
The conical type has a tapered tip. The olive types have a rounded olive end that sits safely at the entrance of the canal; the small olive suits narrow canals and children, the big olive suits adult canals.

Care and Cleaning
Take the syringe apart after each use. Rinse the barrel, piston, tips and tubes with clean water, wash with a mild detergent, rinse again and dry fully before putting it back together. Disinfect the tips between patients. Check the piston seal and the tips regularly and replace worn parts.
