Premium Liposuction Accessories

Liposuction Accessories — Handles, Adapters, Connectors, Syringe Locks and Fat Transfer Devices

Liposuction accessories are the connecting and holding components that sit between the cannula, the syringe and the suction line during a liposuction or fat grafting case. They include cannula handles, Luer lock and Toomey adapters, tube connectors, syringe stop locks (snap locks), transfer adapters, decant stands, syringe racks and nano fat filter sets. They do not cut or aspirate tissue themselves — they control the connection, the grip and the vacuum, which is what decides whether a harvest run is smooth or leaks halfway through.

Healermed Instruments manufactures this range in Sialkot, Pakistan, in surgical grade stainless steel and anodised aluminium, for reuse and repeat autoclaving. The category is also searched as liposuction accessories, lipo accessories, fat transfer accessories, liposuction cannula accessories, fat grafting accessories and Luer lock accessories.

What this category covers

Liposuction cannula handles

The grip the surgeon holds during infiltration and aspiration. Available with Luer lock connection, threaded connection or 60cc Toomey connection, with a rear port for standard suction tubing. Handles are offered with a thumb interrupter hole for manual vacuum control, and without a hole for continuous suction. Knurled or ribbed surfaces keep the grip stable when gloves are wet with tumescent fluid.

Adapters and connectors

Fittings that let one system talk to another: Toomey to male Luer lock, female Luer to 60cc Toomey, Luer to Luer transfer adapters, threaded to Luer interchange adapters, tube connectors and stopcocks for on and off flow control on infiltration handles. This is the group most buyers come back for, because a theatre rarely runs on one fitting standard.

Syringe stop locks and caps

Also called snap locks, syringe stoppers or plunger locks. They hold the plunger open so the syringe stays under vacuum during fat harvesting without the surgeon holding it back by hand. Sized for 10cc, 20cc, 50cc and 60cc syringes, including 60cc Toomey. Luer lock syringe caps seal filled syringes during decanting and standing time.

Fat transfer and grafting accessories

Transfer adapters for syringe to syringe movement of harvested fat, decant and transfer stands for gravity separation, syringe holding racks, injection guns for controlled reinjection, and nano fat filter sets with graded mesh screens for emulsifying fat down to a size that passes through fine needles. Used in facial fat grafting, Brazilian butt lift and micro fat and nano fat work.

Theatre support items

Syringe racks and stands, cannula cleaning stylets and brushes, and instrument trays for keeping a lipo set organised and traceable through reprocessing.

How to choose the right accessory

1. Start with the fitting on your cannulas.

Luer lock is the most common for micro cannulas and fat grafting. Threaded fittings are used on many traditional aspiration cannulas. A 60cc Toomey hub is used where fat is harvested directly into a Toomey syringe. Buy the adapter that matches the fitting you already own, not the one that matches the syringe.

2. Decide manual or power assisted.

Manual and syringe based technique needs handles, stop locks and transfer adapters. Power assisted setups need handpiece compatible connectors and tubing fittings. Check the handpiece brand before ordering, as connection geometry is not universal.

3. Match syringe sizes to the case.

Large volume harvesting runs on 60cc syringes. Facial and hand grafting runs on 10cc and 20cc. Stop locks, caps and racks are size specific, so order the sizes your surgeons actually use rather than a full sweep.

4. Confirm the material for your sterilisation cycle.

Stainless steel handles every routine autoclave cycle. Anodised aluminium is lighter and comfortable for long lists, and stays serviceable when cleaned with neutral pH detergent instead of strong alkaline solutions.

Materials and build

Stainless steel components are made from surgical grade German pattern steel, passivated for corrosion resistance in repeat autoclave cycles. Aluminium handles are anodised for a hard, non shedding surface and a non slip grip. Sealing faces on Luer and Toomey fittings are machined to hold vacuum without leaking under the transverse force surgeons apply when loosening fat. Every item is finished, inspected and function checked before packing.

Cleaning, sterilisation and care

Rinse immediately after use, before fat and blood dry inside the lumen and the fitting threads.

Disassemble handles, stopcocks and multi part adapters before cleaning so no channel stays closed.

Use ultrasonic cleaning with a neutral pH enzymatic detergent, then rinse with purified water and dry fully.

Steam sterilise per your facility protocol and the sterilisation instructions supplied with the item.

Inspect Luer threads and locking faces for wear at every reprocessing cycle. A worn fitting is the usual reason a syringe loses vacuum mid case.

Frequently asked questions

What are liposuction accessories used for?

They connect and control the parts of a liposuction setup. Handles give the surgeon a grip on the cannula, adapters join fittings that would not otherwise mate, stop locks hold vacuum in a syringe, and transfer devices move harvested fat between syringes for grafting.

What is the difference between Luer lock and Toomey fittings?

Luer lock is a small threaded connection used on most syringes and micro cannulas. Toomey is a wider tapered hub used mainly on 60cc syringes for large volume fat harvesting. A Toomey to Luer lock adapter connects the two, which is why it is one of the most ordered items in this category.

Are these accessories reusable?

Yes. This range is manufactured as reusable, autoclavable hardware in stainless steel and anodised aluminium, not as single use plastic. Service life depends on your cleaning chemistry and cycle count.

Will these fit cannulas from other manufacturers?

Items built to standard Luer lock, threaded and 60cc Toomey specifications fit cannulas built to the same standards, whoever made them. Power assisted handpiece connections are brand specific, so send the handpiece model before ordering.

Can I get these with my own brand name?

Yes. Laser marking with your logo and catalogue numbers, custom packaging and made to drawing variants are available for distributor and private label orders.

Do you supply certificates for import?

Yes. Quality system, CE and registration documents are provided on request for customs and tender submissions.
