1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly supplied against the confirmed order.

• Return request must be reported within 7 days after delivery.
• Product must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
• Clear photos or videos may be required for verification.
• Order number, invoice, and delivery details must be provided.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, videos, order number, and invoice details. After verification, Healermed Instruments may offer replacement, repair, credit adjustment, or refund depending on the case.

4. Refund Conditions

Refunds are processed only after the claim is reviewed and approved. Refunds are not issued for buyer error, wrong product selection, change of mind, customs delays, import restrictions, or misuse of products.

5. Shipping Cost for Returns

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a confirmed error from Healermed Instruments. International customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges are not refundable.

6. Inspection & Approval

All returned products are inspected after receipt. If the item is found used, damaged by buyer handling, altered, sterilized, or different from the approved return claim, the return may be rejected.
