Fat Grafting & Theatre Support
A solid stainless steel plate carrying six male Luer lock posts. Filled syringes screw on tip down and stand upright while the fat settles — six at a time, on one low, flat base that will not tip and can be lifted and moved with every syringe still loaded.
6 Luer lock posts One-piece stainless steel Low flat base Reusable · Autoclavable Laser marked lot numberA syringe stand holds filled syringes upright during fat grafting. Harvested fat is left standing so tumescent fluid, blood and free oil separate out by gravity before the graft is injected. This stand is a single machined stainless steel plate with six male Luer lock posts rising from it. Each syringe threads onto a post by its own Luer lock tip and stands vertically, plunger up, held square and off the table surface.
It is also known as a syringe rack, syringe holder, syringe holding stand, Luer lock syringe stand, fat decanting stand, syringe stand for fat transfer and 6 port syringe rack.

Each position is a male Luer lock post machined from the same steel as the plate. The syringe threads onto it by its own tip, so it is held by the connection rather than balanced in a hole. Nothing leans, nothing rolls, and a syringe cannot be knocked out of position by a sleeve passing over the trolley.
Two rows of three on a flat plate. Schematic only, not to scale.
Held by the thread, not the hole. A Luer lock connection grips positively, so the syringe stays where it was put.
Low centre of gravity. The weight sits in a flat plate rather than a tall frame, so six loaded syringes do not make the stand top heavy.
Portable when loaded. Lift the plate and the whole batch moves together, still upright, still in order.
Any Luer lock syringe fits. 10cc, 20cc, 60cc — the post connects at the tip, so barrel diameter does not matter. Only the spacing between positions limits what sits side by side.
1 Load
Thread each filled syringe onto a post, tip down. Load left to right so the oldest syringe in the batch is always the next one used.
2 Let it settle
Leave the batch standing while the case continues. Tumescent fluid and blood settle toward the tip, free oil rises toward the plunger, and the graft layer sits between them, visible through the barrel.
3 Decant and graft
Unthread one syringe at a time, expel the separated fluid, fit the injection cannula and inject. The remaining five stay upright and undisturbed until their turn.
Machined from surgical grade stainless steel and passivated for corrosion resistance through repeat autoclave cycles. There is no plastic to craze and no plated coating to flake, which is what usually ends the life of a cheaper rack.
The posts are cut to standard Luer lock dimensions and ribbed so they can be gripped and cleaned. Plate corners are rounded and the edges radiused, so nothing snags a glove, a drape or a sterilisation wrap.
Each plate carries a laser etched lot number and the CE mark on its face — permanent marking that survives sterilisation and gives your theatre a traceable record for audit and tender purposes.
Fat grafting and fat transfer — gravity separation of harvested fat before reinjection.
Facial fat transfer and micro fat work — keeping small prepared volumes upright, ordered and identifiable.
Brazilian butt lift and body contouring — staging batches of graft while the harvest continues.
General theatre use — holding prepared syringes of local anaesthetic or irrigation upright and in sequence on the back table.
1. Rinse immediately after use, before fat and blood dry on the posts.
2. Brush each post individually, working into the ribs where residue collects.
3. Ultrasonic clean with a neutral pH enzymatic detergent, then rinse with purified water.
4. Dry fully, then steam sterilise per your facility protocol.
Lay the plate flat with the posts upward on the sterilisation tray, with clearance above them so steam reaches every surface of every post.

It holds filled syringes upright so harvested fat separates by gravity. Tumescent fluid and blood settle toward the tip, free oil rises toward the plunger, and the separated layers are expelled before the graft is injected.
Any syringe with a standard Luer lock tip, whatever the barrel size, because the syringe connects at the tip rather than sitting in a hole. Toomey syringes do not have a Luer lock tip and need a Toomey to Luer lock adapter to attach.
Yes. It is threaded onto a Luer lock post rather than resting in a slot, and the weight of the stand is in a flat plate rather than a tall frame, so a full rack stays put.
Yes. It is solid stainless steel with no plastic and no plated parts, made for repeat steam sterilisation.
