The Facelift Infiltration Cannula with Super Luer Lock is a blunt-tip, side-ported cannula used to deliver tumescent or wetting solution into the subcutaneous plane of the face, neck and body before facelift dissection, liposuction, or fat grafting. The Super Luer Lock hub is built with a larger bore, a longer thread and a heavier hub body than a standard Luer lock, so it carries more flow and holds its grip under sustained pump pressure. It is used in aesthetic surgery centers and supplied in bulk to distributors worldwide. See the full Facelift Infiltration Cannulas range for other fittings.
Buyers also search for this instrument as a super luer infiltrator, a high-flow infiltration cannula, or a reinforced luer lock tumescent cannula.
At a Glance
Infiltration speed is limited by the narrowest point in the fluid path. When a surgeon is putting several hundred millilitres of tumescent solution into the neck or body through a pump, a standard Luer hub can become that limiting point. The Super Luer Lock hub uses a larger internal bore to carry more flow, and a longer thread on a heavier hub body so the connection stays tight under sustained pressure.

The cannula is made from German stainless steel with a passivated, corrosion-resistant surface. It is reusable and can be steam autoclaved at 134°C. Flush the lumen and all side ports with clean water immediately after use and dry fully before sterilization. Check the hub thread each cycle: a longer thread only holds its advantage while it stays clean and free of dried solution.
Choose Super Luer Lock if your tubing sets or pump connectors are built for it and you infiltrate large volumes. A larger-bore hub gives no benefit if the rest of your fluid line is standard Luer. If you infiltrate by hand with 10cc or 20cc syringes, the standard Luer lock version is the correct choice. Diameter and length follow the usual rule: 1.0mm to 1.5mm in 5cm to 12cm for facial work, 1.8mm to 2.5mm in 15cm to 25cm for neck and small body areas, and 3.0mm and above in 25cm to 35cm for large-volume body infiltration.

What is a Super Luer Lock infiltration cannula used for?
It is used for tumescent and wetting solution infiltration where flow volume is high, typically with a pump rather than a hand syringe. The larger bore carries more fluid per second and the longer thread holds a firm connection under sustained pressure, while the blunt tip and side ports spread solution evenly through the subcutaneous plane.
What is the difference between Super Luer Lock and standard Luer Lock?
Both use a threaded Luer connection, but the Super Luer Lock has a larger internal bore, a longer thread and a heavier hub body. That means more flow and a firmer grip under pump pressure. The standard Luer lock is the general-purpose fitting for syringes and normal tubing, and connects to a wider range of equipment.
Is this cannula autoclavable?
Yes. The instrument is fully reusable and can be steam autoclaved at 134°C. Flush the lumen and every side port with clean water immediately after use, remove all residue before sterilization, and dry completely. Keeping the hub thread free of dried tumescent solution preserves the tight seal the fitting is designed for.
What is the minimum order quantity for bulk orders?
The minimum order quantity is agreed per order rather than set at a fixed number. Send us the sizes and quantities you need through the wholesale request page and we will confirm the minimum for that specification. This lets a small distributor start with a trial order and a larger importer scale up on the same terms.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples are available on request and the buyer covers the shipping charges. Tell us the diameter and length you want to evaluate and we will confirm what can be sent. Testing a sample before a bulk order is the fastest way to confirm the hub seats correctly in your existing tubing set.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Custom diameters, working lengths, and port patterns are available on request in addition to the standard size grid. Send your specification through the wholesale request page and our production team will confirm what can be produced. Custom branding is also available for distributor and OEM orders.
