The Facelift Infiltration Cannula with Threaded Fitting is a blunt-tip, side-ported cannula used to deliver tumescent or wetting solution into subcutaneous tissue before facelift dissection, liposuction, or fat grafting. Instead of a Luer hub, the shaft ends in a machined screw thread that seats directly into a threaded handle or tubing connector, giving a rigid, wobble-free joint between cannula and handle. It suits surgeons using handle-based infiltration systems and is supplied in bulk to distributors worldwide. See the full Facelift Infiltration Cannulas range for other fittings.
Buyers also search for this instrument as a screw-fit infiltration cannula, a threaded hub infiltrator, or a threaded tumescent cannula.
At a Glance
A threaded fitting turns the cannula and the handle into a single rigid unit. There is no rotational play at the joint, so the direction the surgeon points the handle is exactly the direction the tip travels. For long passes through the neck or body, that rigidity gives better control of the plane than a push-on connection.

The cannula is German stainless steel with a passivated surface for corrosion resistance. It is reusable and steam autoclavable to 134°C. Flush the lumen and side ports immediately after use, then clean the thread carefully with a soft brush. Dried solution in a screw thread is the most common reason a threaded cannula becomes hard to seat, so this step matters more here than on a Luer hub.
Order the threaded fitting if you already own handles or connectors that take a screw-in cannula. Send us your existing handle specification before ordering in quantity so we can confirm the match. If you infiltrate directly from a syringe, choose the Luer lock version instead. Diameter and length selection is unchanged: 1.0mm to 1.5mm in 5cm to 12cm for facial work, 1.8mm to 2.5mm in 15cm to 25cm for neck and small body areas, 3.0mm and above in 25cm to 35cm for large-volume body infiltration.

Other fittings in the same cannula range:
What is a threaded fitting infiltration cannula used for?
It is used to infiltrate tumescent or wetting solution into subcutaneous tissue when the cannula is driven by a threaded reusable handle rather than a syringe. The screw thread creates a rigid joint with no rotational play, which helps the surgeon keep the tip in the intended plane over long passes.
What is the difference between a threaded fitting and a Luer lock fitting?
A Luer lock is a standardised taper-and-collar connection that fits syringes and tubing across brands. A threaded fitting screws into a specific handle or connector and must be matched to your existing equipment. Threaded joints are more rigid; Luer locks are more interchangeable.
Is this cannula autoclavable?
Yes. The instrument is fully reusable and can be steam autoclaved at 134°C. Flush the lumen and every side port with clean water immediately after use, clean the thread with a soft brush, remove all residue before sterilization, and dry completely. A clean thread is what keeps the cannula seating correctly over long service life.
What is the minimum order quantity for bulk orders?
The minimum order quantity is agreed per order rather than set at a fixed number. Send us the sizes and quantities you need through the wholesale request page and we will confirm the minimum for that specification. This lets a small distributor start with a trial order and a larger importer scale up on the same terms.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples are available on request and the buyer covers the shipping charges. Send us your handle specification along with the diameter and length you want to evaluate, and we will confirm what can be sent. Testing a sample first is the safest way to confirm the thread seats correctly in your handle.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Custom diameters, working lengths, port patterns, and thread specifications are available on request in addition to the standard size grid. Send your handle or connector specification through the wholesale request page and our production team will confirm what can be produced. Custom branding is also available for distributor and OEM orders.
