Liposuction Cannulas and Accessories › Tumescent Infiltration Liposuction Cannulas › Vibrasat Quick Lock
The Tumescent Infiltration Liposuction Cannula with Vibrasat Quick Lock fitting is supplied with a hub built for that equipment, carrying the same shaft, openings and tip as every other fitting in the range. It is listed under Tumescent Infiltration Liposuction Cannulas, part of the Healermed Liposuction Cannulas and Accessories range.
At a Glance
A quick-lock hub is a quarter-turn coupling rather than a thread. The cannula seats and locks in one movement and releases the same way, so a size change during a case takes a second instead of several turns. On a long case where the surgeon steps through three or four diameters that time adds up, and a coupling that cannot cross-thread removes one way for a swap to go wrong mid-case.
The working section carries many small round holes spread in a staggered pattern along the shaft rather than grouped near the tip. Each hole releases a small share of the solution, so a single pass wets a long column of tissue evenly instead of pooling fluid at one point. The staggered layout means the openings do not sit in one straight line, so solution leaves the shaft on more than one side and spreads through the plane rather than tracking along a single channel.
The distal tip is closed and rounded. It separates the subcutaneous plane by blunt dissection as the cannula advances, pushing vessels and nerves aside rather than dividing them, which is why an infiltration cannula is not simply a long needle.

The cannula is made from German stainless steel with a passivated surface that resists corrosion and pitting through repeated cleaning cycles. It is reusable and can be steam autoclaved at 134°C. Flush the lumen and every opening with clean water immediately after use, remove all residue before sterilization, and dry completely. Inspect the hub coupling at each cycle as well as the openings, since a worn coupling loses the seal the equipment depends on.
Order this fitting only if you own a Vibrasat power-assisted handpiece with quick-lock coupling; the hub will not fit a syringe or a manual handle. Diameter sets how much comes out per pass and length sets the reach, and the size grid is identical across every fitting in this range.

What is a tumescent infiltration vibrasat quick lock liposuction cannula used for?
It is used when the cannula mounts into a Vibrasat power-assisted handpiece. The quick-lock coupling seats and releases in a quarter turn, so the surgeon can change diameter mid-case without unthreading a hub. The shaft and openings work exactly as on the manual versions.
Is this cannula autoclavable?
Yes. The instrument is fully reusable and can be steam autoclaved at 134°C. Flush the lumen and every opening with clean water immediately after use, remove all residue before sterilization, and dry completely. Inspect the hub coupling as well as the openings at each cycle.
Does this fit any other handpiece?
No. Handpiece manufacturers do not share a common fitting, so a hub machined for one system will not seat correctly in another. Adapting or forcing a fitting introduces play at the point that carries mechanical load and holds the seal. Order the hub that matches your equipment.
What is the minimum order quantity for bulk orders?
The minimum order quantity is agreed per order rather than set at a fixed number. Send us the sizes, fittings and quantities you need through the wholesale request page and we will confirm the minimum for that specification.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples are available on request and the buyer covers the shipping charges. Send us your handpiece details with the diameter and length you want to evaluate. Testing a sample in your own handpiece before a bulk order is strongly recommended for any powered fitting.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Custom diameters, working lengths and configurations are available on request in addition to the standard size grid. Send your specification through the wholesale request page and our production team will confirm what can be produced. Custom branding is also available for distributor and OEM orders.
