The Vibrasat Quick Lock 3 Spiral Port Liposuction Cannula is a blunt-tip aspiration cannula with three spiral ports, fitted with a hub built for Vibrasat Quick Lock power-assisted handpieces. The handpiece drives a short reciprocating stroke so the cannula advances with far less force, while the spiral ports keep the draw spread across a wide, soft-edged band. It is listed under 3 Spiral Port Liposuction Cannulas, part of the Healermed Liposuction Cannulas and Accessories range.
Buyers also search for this instrument as a Carraway cannula, a spiral port lipo cannula, or a three port spiral aspiration cannula.
At a Glance
A quick-lock hub is a quarter-turn coupling rather than a thread. The cannula seats and locks in one movement, and releases the same way, so a size change during a case takes a second instead of several turns. On a long body case where the surgeon steps through three or four diameters, that time adds up, and a coupling that cannot cross-thread removes one way for a swap to go wrong mid-case.
The three ports are not grouped at one point on the shaft. They are stepped along it and rotated around it, so each opening sits further back and turned to a different side than the one before — a spiral rather than a cluster. That layout is the whole difference between this cannula and a Mercedes tip, where the three ports sit level with each other around the circumference.
The effect shows up in the tunnel the cannula leaves. With the ports level, one pass draws from one narrow band of tissue, and even coverage depends on the surgeon laying the passes side by side accurately. With the ports spiralled, a single pass takes a little from three different depths and directions at once, so the tunnel is wider and less sharply defined. Adjacent passes overlap more readily and the transitions between them are softer.
That is why a spiral pattern is chosen where a visible tunnel line would be a problem: in the superficial layer, over the flanks and back, and in thin or previously operated tissue. It removes at a moderate rate rather than a fast one, and gives back a more forgiving result at the edges.
The distal tip is closed and rounded. It separates the plane by blunt dissection as the cannula advances, pushing vessels and nerves aside rather than dividing them, and the vacuum works through the three spiral ports rather than the end of the shaft.

The cannula is made from German stainless steel with a passivated surface that resists corrosion and pitting through repeated cleaning cycles. It is reusable and can be steam autoclaved at 134°C. Flush the lumen and all three ports with clean water immediately after use and dry fully before autoclaving. Because the ports sit at different points along the shaft, turn the cannula while flushing so water passes through each one, and check every opening under light before sterilization.
Order this fitting only if you already own a Vibrasat power-assisted handpiece with quick-lock coupling; the hub will not fit a syringe or a manual handle. Diameter sets how much fat comes out per pass and length sets the reach. For body contouring of the abdomen, flanks, back and thighs, the 3.0mm to 4.0mm diameters in 25cm to 35cm are the usual working range, and this is where the spiral pattern earns its place because those are the areas where tunnel lines show. The 2.0mm to 2.5mm range in 15cm to 25cm covers arms, the neck and superficial work. The 1.0mm to 1.5mm diameters in 5cm to 12cm are for facial and submental contouring. Match the fitting to the syringe, vacuum line or handpiece already in your theater.

What is a Vibrasat quick lock cannula used for?
It is used to remove subcutaneous fat under vacuum when the cannula mounts into a Vibrasat power-assisted handpiece. The quick-lock coupling seats and releases in a quarter turn, so the surgeon can change diameter mid-case without unthreading a hub.
What is the difference between a spiral port and a Mercedes tip cannula?
On a Mercedes tip the three ports sit level with each other around the shaft; on a spiral port cannula they are stepped along the shaft and rotated, so each sits at a different point and angle. Mercedes clears faster from a narrow band; the spiral pattern draws from a wider, softer-edged band and blends between passes more easily.
Is this cannula autoclavable?
Yes. The instrument is fully reusable and can be steam autoclaved at 134°C. Flush the lumen and all three ports with clean water immediately after use, turning the cannula so water passes through each one, then dry completely before sterilization. Inspect every opening each cycle, since the pattern depends on all three drawing evenly.
What is the minimum order quantity for bulk orders?
The minimum order quantity is agreed per order rather than set at a fixed number. Send us the sizes, fittings and quantities you need through the wholesale request page and we will confirm the minimum for that specification. This lets a small distributor start with a trial order and a larger importer scale up on the same terms.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples are available on request and the buyer covers the shipping charges. Send us your handpiece details with the diameter and length you want to evaluate. Testing a sample in your own handpiece before a bulk order is strongly recommended for any powered fitting.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Custom diameters, working lengths and port configurations are available on request in addition to the standard size grid. Send your specification through the wholesale request page and our production team will confirm what can be produced. Custom branding is also available for distributor and OEM orders.
