Fat Harvesting & Fat Transfer
The everyday harvesting canister. A sealed, autoclavable 2 litre jar that collects lipoaspirate for grafting, sized for facial fat transfer, single-area contouring and routine fat transfer lists — light enough to handle and reprocess quickly, big enough for most cases.
2000 ml capacity Reusable · Autoclavable Sealed lid, vacuum tight Graduated scale Shared parts with 3500 mlA fat collection jar sits between the liposuction cannula and the suction pump. Instead of aspirated tissue going to waste, it is captured in a sealed container so the fat can be reused for grafting. This 2000 ml model is the standard working size: two litres covers the aspirate volume of most facial, breast and single-area body cases without the bulk of a large-volume canister.
It is also known as a fat harvesting canister, liposuction fat collection canister, 2 litre fat jar, fat trap, lipo collection bottle, fat grafting canister and liposuction suction jar.

We make this jar in more than one size, and the right one is decided by the cases you run, not by which number is larger. Both share the same lid, gasket, port fittings and filter design, so a theatre can stock both without a second set of spares.

A practical rule: most of what enters the jar is fluid, not fat. If your usual case brings back well under two litres of aspirate, this is the jar to live with. If it regularly runs past that, the 3500 ml lets the case finish without a pause. Many clinics keep both.
1 Connect
Suction tubing from the cannula handle to the inlet port, vacuum line from the aspirator to the outlet port. Seat the lid gasket and confirm the seal before starting vacuum.
2 Harvest
Aspirate as normal. Fat and fluid separate by gravity inside the sealed jar, and running volume is read straight off the printed scale.
3 Transfer
Draw off the graft for loading into syringes. The fat stays inside a closed container from harvest to transfer, with no pouring between open bowls.
The jar body is heat and shock resistant, clear enough to read the fat and fluid line at a glance, and carries a permanently printed volume scale that survives repeat sterilisation instead of wearing off.
The lid seals against a silicone gasket. Port spigots are stainless steel with a large bore taper, so standard suction tubing seats firmly and holds vacuum without slipping under load.
Gasket, ports and filter parts are shared with the 3500 ml jar, so spares cover both sizes. Every unit is leak and vacuum checked before packing.
Facial fat transfer and hand rejuvenation — modest graft volumes, where a smaller jar is easier to manage on the trolley.
Breast fat grafting and revision — clean capture and separation of the harvest.
Single-area body contouring — abdomen, flanks, arms or thighs treated on their own.
Routine liposuction — used as a straightforward reusable collection canister when fat is not being grafted.
1. Empty and rinse immediately after the case, before fat and blood dry inside the jar and ports.
2. Fully disassemble: lid, gasket and port fittings separated from the jar.
3. Ultrasonic clean with a neutral pH enzymatic detergent.
4. Rinse with purified water, dry completely, then steam sterilise per your facility protocol and the instructions supplied.
5. Inspect the gasket at every cycle. A flattened gasket is the usual reason a jar stops holding vacuum.
Do not autoclave the jar assembled and sealed. Sterilise components separated so steam reaches every surface and pressure equalises.

It collects fat aspirated during liposuction so it can be reused for grafting. Two litres is the standard working capacity for facial fat transfer, breast grafting and single-area body contouring.
Match it to your usual aspirate volume, not your fat volume — most of what enters the jar is tumescent fluid. Routine and facial work fits the 2000 ml. Brazilian butt lift and multi-area contouring is where the 3500 ml earns its size.
Yes. Jar, lid and gasket are designed for repeat steam sterilisation, not single use. The gasket is a consumable service part and can be replaced without replacing the jar.
The ports take standard large bore liposuction suction tubing, so the jar works with common aspirators and power assisted systems. If your pump uses a proprietary lid or canister mount, send the machine model before ordering and we will confirm fit.
