Liposuction Cannulas and Accessories › Foldable Syringe Stand 12 Ports for 20cc Syringes
The Foldable Syringe Stand 12 Ports for 20cc Syringes holds 12 20cc syringes upright and in order during fat harvesting and grafting, so aspirate separates cleanly by gravity and the table stays organised. It folds flat for autoclaving and storage. It is part of the Healermed liposuction cannulas and accessories range.
At a Glance
Twelve ports sized for 20cc syringes, the size most fat grafting is actually harvested in.
Twelve of them is a realistic working load: enough to hold a facial or small body harvest in full without refilling the stand mid-case, and enough capacity that the surgeon is not choosing which syringes get a port and which go in a dish.
At this size the separation argument carries most weight. A 20cc syringe holds enough aspirate for the layers to be clearly visible once it has stood, so the surgeon can see at a glance which syringes have settled and which were filled a moment ago. That only works if they are upright and in order, which is what the stand provides.
Filled syringes have to go somewhere. In a fat grafting case there may be a dozen of them on the table at once, each holding graft that took time to harvest, and where they sit decides both whether the case stays organised and whether the graft is worth injecting.
Standing them upright is the functional part. Harvested fat separates by density when left still: free oil rises, graft sits in the middle, tumescent fluid and blood settle at the bottom. That only happens cleanly if the syringe is vertical and undisturbed. Laid in a kidney dish they tip, roll and remix, and the separation has to start again.
Order is the other half. Syringes filled at different stages of a harvest are not interchangeable, and a surgeon who has to pick through a pile to find the right one is losing time and handling instruments unnecessarily. A ported stand keeps them in the sequence they were filled.
Folding matters more than it sounds. A stand that collapses flat takes little space in the autoclave and in storage, and a theatre that has to give up a tray shelf to a bulky rack usually stops using it. Flat packing is what keeps the stand in the workflow rather than in a cupboard.

The stand is made from German stainless steel and is fully reusable, steam autoclavable to 134°C. Fold it flat and clean it immediately after every case, since fat and tumescent residue set into the ports and the hinge far faster once dry. Work the hinge through its full range while wet so residue does not dry inside it, and check the ports for spreading at every cycle: a port that no longer grips lets a syringe sit out of vertical, and a syringe that is not upright will not separate cleanly however long it stands.

What is a foldable syringe stand used for?
It holds filled syringes upright during fat harvesting and grafting. Standing them vertical and undisturbed lets the aspirate separate by gravity, and holding them in ports keeps the case organised so the surgeon finds the right syringe without picking through a pile.
Why does it fold?
So it takes little space in the autoclave and in storage. A bulky rack that has to occupy a tray shelf tends to stop being used; one that packs flat stays in the workflow.
Why 12 ports on the 20cc version?
Twelve ports hold a full facial or small body harvest without refilling the stand mid-case, at the size most grafting is harvested in.
Is it autoclavable?
Yes. It is German stainless steel and steam autoclavable to 134°C. Fold it flat and clean immediately after every case, working the hinge through its full range while wet so residue does not dry inside it.
Do you make other port counts?
Yes. Other port counts and syringe sizes are available on request, along with engraved branding for distributor and OEM orders. Send your specification through the wholesale request page.
What is the minimum order quantity for bulk orders?
The minimum order quantity is agreed per order rather than set at a fixed number. Send us the port counts, syringe sizes and quantities you need through the wholesale request page and we will confirm the minimum for that specification.
