The Facelift Infiltration Cannula with Toomey Hub is a blunt-tip, side-ported cannula built to fit 60cc Toomey-tip syringes, used to deliver tumescent or wetting solution and to work alongside fat grafting procedures. The Toomey hub has a wide, non-Luer opening, so the fluid path stays large and thick solutions move through it without the resistance a narrow Luer taper creates. This fitting is made from 2.0mm (14G) upward. It is used by plastic surgeons doing fat transfer and supplied in bulk to distributors worldwide. See the full Facelift Infiltration Cannulas range for other fittings.
Buyers also search for this instrument as a 60cc Toomey cannula, a Toomey tip infiltration cannula, or a fat transfer cannula.
At a Glance
A Toomey tip is a wide-bore syringe fitting, not a Luer taper. It exists because 60cc syringes are used where volume matters more than fine control — large-volume infiltration and fat handling. A cannula built with a matching Toomey hub keeps the whole fluid path wide, so the working limit is the cannula diameter rather than the connector.

The cannula is German stainless steel with a passivated, corrosion-resistant surface. It is reusable and steam autoclavable to 134°C. Flush the lumen and side ports with clean water immediately after use, and pay particular attention to the wide hub cavity, which can hold residue that a quick rinse will not clear. Dry fully before autoclaving.
Order the Toomey hub only if your theater uses 60cc Toomey-tip syringes — it will not fit a Luer lock syringe. This fitting starts at 2.0mm, so for fine facial infiltration below 2.0mm choose the Luer lock version instead. Within the Toomey range, 2.0mm to 2.5mm in 15cm to 25cm suits neck, submental and small body areas, while 3.0mm to 6.0mm in 25cm to 35cm is for large-volume body infiltration.

What is a Toomey hub cannula used for?
It is used with 60cc Toomey-tip syringes for large-volume tumescent infiltration and in fat grafting workflows. The wide non-Luer hub keeps flow resistance low, which matters when moving thick solution or large volumes that would be slow through a narrow Luer taper.
What is the difference between a Toomey hub and a Luer lock hub?
A Toomey hub is a wide-bore fitting for 60cc Toomey-tip syringes; a Luer lock is a narrow threaded taper for standard syringes and tubing. Toomey suits high volume and thick material; Luer lock suits precise, smaller-volume injection and connects to a far wider range of equipment. They are not interchangeable.
Is this cannula autoclavable?
Yes. The instrument is fully reusable and can be steam autoclaved at 134°C. Flush the lumen and every side port with clean water immediately after use and clean inside the wide hub cavity, which retains residue more easily than a narrow Luer hub. Dry completely before sterilization.
What is the smallest diameter available with a Toomey hub?
The Toomey hub fitting is made from 2.0mm (14G) upward, in lengths from 3cm to 35cm. Below 2.0mm the shaft is too narrow to take advantage of the wide Toomey bore, so smaller diameters are supplied with a Luer lock hub instead. Custom diameters within the Toomey range are available on request.
What is the minimum order quantity for bulk orders?
The minimum order quantity is agreed per order rather than set at a fixed number. Send us the sizes and quantities you need through the wholesale request page and we will confirm the minimum for that specification. This lets a small distributor start with a trial order and a larger importer scale up on the same terms.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples are available on request and the buyer covers the shipping charges. Tell us the diameter and length you want to evaluate and we will confirm what can be sent. Testing a sample first is the fastest way to confirm the hub seats correctly on the 60cc syringes you already stock.
