Liposuction Cannulas and Accessories › Tapered Tip Single Central Hole Liposuction Cannulas › Tapered Tip Single Central Hole Liposuction Cannula
A tapered tip single central hole liposuction cannula is an aspiration cannula with a narrowing closed nose and one central opening on the shaft, used to remove subcutaneous fat under vacuum during liposuction and body contouring. The taper gets the cannula into fibrous and scarred tissue with less force, and the single hole keeps removal small and controlled once it is there. It sits in the Tapered Tip Single Central Hole Liposuction Cannulas category, part of the wider Healermed Liposuction Cannulas and Accessories range, and is supplied in 13 hub and handle fittings and 84 diameter and length combinations worldwide.
Surgeons also refer to these instruments as tapered single hole cannulas, bullet tip one hole lipo cannulas, revision liposuction cannulas, or tapered nose aspiration cannulas.
At a Glance
Revision liposuction asks for two things that usually pull against each other: an instrument that can get through scar, and one that removes almost nothing once it is through. A tapered nose gives the first, a single hole gives the second, and the combination is why this pattern exists.
This cannula pairs two features that are usually chosen for opposite reasons, and the combination is the point. The tip is tapered rather than fully domed, and the shaft carries one central hole.
The taper is about entry. A narrowing nose parts fibrous tissue and old scar with less force than a rounded one, so the cannula advances where a blunt tip would stall or skip out of the plane. That matters most in secondary cases and in dense areas where every pass is a fight.
The single central hole is about control. One opening means the surgeon knows exactly where the fat is coming from, and removal happens at one point rather than along a stretch of shaft. Put together, you get an instrument that gets into difficult tissue easily and then takes very little once it is there, which is exactly what revision work needs. The surgeon can reach a scarred pocket and correct it a small amount at a time.
The tapered tip is still closed. It parts tissue rather than cutting it, and the vacuum works through the single side hole rather than the end of the shaft. It is more assertive than a domed tip and should be handled accordingly, particularly near the skin.
Every fitting below carries the same tapered tip single central hole shaft, the same closed blunt tip and the same size grid. Pick the one that matches the syringe, vacuum line or handpiece already in your theater.

The cannula is made from German stainless steel with a passivated surface that resists corrosion and pitting through repeated cleaning cycles. It is reusable and can be steam autoclaved at 134°C. Flush the lumen and the opening with clean water immediately after use and dry fully before autoclaving. Check the taper as well as the hole edge at each cycle: a tapered nose that has been dented or flattened loses the entry advantage it exists for, and a dented taper cannot be corrected on a reusable instrument.
Diameter sets how much fat comes out per pass and length sets the reach. This pattern is a revision and correction instrument, so the 2.0mm to 3.0mm diameters in 15cm to 30cm cover most of its use. The 3.0mm to 4.0mm range in 25cm to 35cm suits larger scarred areas. The 1.0mm to 1.5mm diameters in 5cm to 12cm are for facial and submental work. A tapered tip is more assertive than a domed one, so treat the superficial layer with corresponding care. Match the fitting to the syringe, vacuum line or handpiece already in your theater.

What is a tapered tip single central hole liposuction cannula used for?
It is used to remove subcutaneous fat under vacuum in fibrous and previously operated tissue. The tapered closed nose parts scar with less force than a domed tip, while the single central hole keeps removal at one controlled point, which suits revision cases where small corrections are the whole job.
What is the difference between a tapered tip and a round tip cannula?
A tapered tip narrows to a nose and parts fibrous tissue with less force; a round tip is fully domed and pushes tissue aside without parting it. The taper is chosen for scar and dense tissue where a domed tip stalls. The round tip is more forgiving and is preferred close to the skin.
Is this cannula autoclavable?
Yes. The instrument is fully reusable and can be steam autoclaved at 134°C. Flush the lumen and the opening with clean water immediately after use, remove all residue before sterilization, and dry completely. Inspect the opening edge under light at every cycle, since edge condition decides how the cannula behaves in tissue.
Which size should I use?
The 2.0mm to 3.0mm diameters in 15cm to 30cm cover most revision and correction work with this pattern. Use 3.0mm to 4.0mm in 25cm to 35cm for larger scarred areas, and 1.0mm to 1.5mm in 5cm to 12cm for facial and submental work.
What is the minimum order quantity for bulk orders?
The minimum order quantity is agreed per order rather than set at a fixed number. Send us the sizes, fittings and quantities you need through the wholesale request page and we will confirm the minimum for that specification. This lets a small distributor start with a trial order and a larger importer scale up on the same terms.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples are available on request and the buyer covers the shipping charges. Tell us the diameter, length and fitting you want to evaluate and we will confirm what can be sent. Testing a sample before a bulk order is the fastest way to check edge finish and hub fit against your own equipment.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Custom diameters, working lengths and opening dimensions are available on request in addition to the standard size grid. Send your specification through the wholesale request page and our production team will confirm what can be produced. Custom branding is also available for distributor and OEM orders.
