Liposuction Cannulas and Accessories › One Central Port Two Parallel Ports Liposuction Cannulas › One Central Port Two Parallel Ports Liposuction Cannula
A one central port two parallel ports liposuction cannula is a blunt-tip aspiration cannula with three grouped openings: one central port above and two parallel ports below it. It is used to remove subcutaneous fat under vacuum during liposuction and body contouring, at a removal rate that suits mid-stage work where volume and control both matter. It sits in the One Central Port Two Parallel Ports Liposuction Cannulas category, part of the wider Healermed Liposuction Cannulas and Accessories range, and is supplied in 13 hub and handle fittings and 84 diameter and length combinations worldwide.
Surgeons also refer to these instruments as central port cannulas, grouped three port lipo cannulas, triangular port aspiration cannulas, or one-above-two port cannulas.
At a Glance
Three openings spread along a shaft clear tissue quickly but make it hard to judge where the fat came from. Grouping the same three into a compact set solves that: the removal stays concentrated where the surgeon is working, and the central port gives a clear reference for how the cannula is aimed.
Three openings arranged as a set rather than a row: one central port sits above, and two parallel ports sit below it on either side. The three together form a compact triangular group on a short stretch of shaft.
The central port is the aiming point. It is the opening the surgeon lines up with the layer being treated, and because it sits alone at the top it gives a clear reference for how the cannula is oriented. Rotate the shaft and the whole group turns with it, so the plane is chosen deliberately rather than left to how the instrument happens to sit.
The two parallel ports below add draw without spreading the aperture. Three openings in a row along the shaft would stretch the working area over a long stretch and make it harder to judge how much has come out of any one place. Grouping them instead keeps removal concentrated where the surgeon is looking, at roughly three times the rate of a single hole.
The arrangement also steadies the pass. With the load shared across three points instead of pulled through one, the cannula tracks straighter and is less inclined to dig at the opening. That is what puts this pattern in the middle of a case: enough removal to make progress across an area, enough control to stop where the contour is right. The distal tip is closed and rounded, separating the plane by blunt dissection while the vacuum works through the three ports rather than the end of the shaft.
Every fitting below carries the same one central port two parallel ports shaft, the same closed blunt tip and the same size grid. Pick the one that matches the syringe, vacuum line or handpiece already in your theater.

The cannula is made from German stainless steel with a passivated surface that resists corrosion and pitting through repeated cleaning cycles. It is reusable and can be steam autoclaved at 134°C. Flush the lumen and the opening with clean water immediately after use and dry fully before autoclaving. The three ports sit close together, which makes it easy to flush past one without clearing it, so turn the cannula while flushing and confirm water runs from each of the three before drying. Check all three edges under light at every cycle, since the pattern only tracks straight while all three draw evenly.
Diameter sets how much fat comes out per pass and length sets the reach. For body contouring of the abdomen, flanks and thighs, the 3.0mm to 4.0mm diameters in 25cm to 35cm are the usual working range and where this pattern is used most. The 2.0mm to 2.5mm range in 15cm to 25cm covers arms, the neck and refinement work. The 1.0mm to 1.5mm diameters in 5cm to 12cm are for facial and submental contouring. Match the fitting to the syringe, vacuum line or handpiece already in your theater.

What is a one central port two parallel ports liposuction cannula used for?
It is used to remove subcutaneous fat under vacuum during liposuction and body contouring. One central port with two parallel ports below gives roughly three times the removal of a single hole while keeping the working aperture compact, which suits mid-stage contouring where volume and control both matter.
What is the difference between grouped ports and three ports in a row?
Three ports in a row stretch the working aperture along the shaft, so one pass draws from a long strip and it is harder to judge how much came from any one place. Grouping them keeps the aperture short and the removal concentrated where the surgeon is looking, with the central port as an aiming reference.
Is this cannula autoclavable?
Yes. The instrument is fully reusable and can be steam autoclaved at 134°C. Flush the lumen and the opening with clean water immediately after use, remove all residue before sterilization, and dry completely. Inspect the opening edge under light at every cycle, since edge condition decides how the cannula behaves in tissue.
Which size should I use?
For body contouring of the abdomen, flanks and thighs, 3.0mm to 4.0mm diameters in 25cm to 35cm are the usual range and where this pattern is used most. Arms, neck and refinement work suit 2.0mm to 2.5mm in 15cm to 25cm. Facial and submental contouring uses 1.0mm to 1.5mm in 5cm to 12cm.
What is the minimum order quantity for bulk orders?
The minimum order quantity is agreed per order rather than set at a fixed number. Send us the sizes, fittings and quantities you need through the wholesale request page and we will confirm the minimum for that specification. This lets a small distributor start with a trial order and a larger importer scale up on the same terms.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples are available on request and the buyer covers the shipping charges. Tell us the diameter, length and fitting you want to evaluate and we will confirm what can be sent. Testing a sample before a bulk order is the fastest way to check edge finish and hub fit against your own equipment.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Custom diameters, working lengths and opening dimensions are available on request in addition to the standard size grid. Send your specification through the wholesale request page and our production team will confirm what can be produced. Custom branding is also available for distributor and OEM orders.
