The Standard Single Hole Liposuction Cannula is a blunt-tip aspiration cannula with one side opening, used to remove subcutaneous fat under vacuum during liposuction and body contouring. One opening means fat is removed from a point the surgeon can see and control, which makes this the instrument for final contouring, small corrections and training. It sits in the Standard Single Hole Liposuction Cannulas category, part of the wider Healermed Liposuction Cannulas and Accessories range, and is supplied in 11 hub and handle fittings and 84 diameter and length combinations worldwide.
Surgeons also refer to these instruments as one hole lipo cannulas, single port aspiration cannulas, standard liposuction cannulas, or finishing cannulas.
At a Glance
Every liposuction case ends with work that no fast cannula can do. The bulk is gone, the shape is close, and what remains is a ridge on one side, a shallow full area, or a border that needs blending. That work needs an instrument that removes fat from one point the surgeon can see and control.
One opening means the surgeon knows exactly where the fat is coming from. On a multi-port cannula the draw is spread along the shaft and the result is the sum of several openings working at once; the surgeon aims the instrument and reads the outcome afterwards. With a single hole, the aperture is a known point on a known side, and the removal happens there and nowhere else.
That precision is why the single hole cannula stays in the tray long after faster designs are bought. It is the instrument for the last ten percent of a case: taking down a small ridge, correcting one side that came out fuller than the other, or working a shallow pocket where a wider draw would take too much. It is also the standard teaching instrument, because the relationship between what the hand does and what the tissue does is direct enough to learn from.
The trade is speed. One opening moves less fat per pass than several, so a single hole cannula is the wrong tool for debulking a large area — that is what the multi-port designs are for. Most surgeons carry both and switch when the case moves from volume to refinement.
The distal tip is closed and rounded. It separates the plane by blunt dissection as the cannula advances, pushing vessels and nerves aside rather than dividing them, and the vacuum works through the side hole rather than the end of the shaft.

The cannula is made from German stainless steel with a passivated surface that resists corrosion and pitting through repeated cleaning cycles. It is reusable and can be steam autoclaved at 134°C. Flush the lumen and the hole with clean water immediately after use and dry fully before autoclaving. On a single hole cannula the edge of that one opening does all the work, so inspect it under light at each cycle: a nicked or dulled edge changes how the instrument behaves, and there is no second port to compensate.
Diameter sets how much fat comes out per pass and length sets the reach. For general body work the 3.0mm to 4.0mm diameters in 25cm to 35cm are the usual range, though a single hole cannula in those sizes is normally a finishing instrument rather than the one used for bulk removal. The 2.0mm to 2.5mm range in 15cm to 25cm covers arms, the neck and most correction work, which is where this cannula is chosen most often. The 1.0mm to 1.5mm diameters in 5cm to 12cm are for facial and submental work. Match the fitting to the syringe, vacuum line or handpiece already in your theater.

Manufactured by Healermed Instruments, a surgical instruments manufacturer and exporter based in Sialkot, Pakistan. Factory-direct pricing removes the importer and distributor layer. Production runs under an ISO 13485 and FDA CGMP quality system, with ISO 9001 and CE Mark certification. OEM manufacturing and custom branding are available for distributor and brand-owner orders.
Choose the fitting that matches your equipment:
What is a single hole liposuction cannula used for?
It is used to remove subcutaneous fat under vacuum from one known point, rather than along a length of shaft. Surgeons use it for final contouring, taking down a small ridge, correcting an asymmetry, and working shallow areas where a multi-port cannula would remove more than intended.
What is the difference between a single hole and a multi-port liposuction cannula?
A single hole cannula has one opening and removes fat from one known point; a multi-port cannula has several and clears volume faster from a wider area. Single hole suits precision work, small corrections and teaching. Multi-port suits debulking large areas where speed matters more than pinpoint control.
Is this cannula autoclavable?
Yes. The instrument is fully reusable and can be steam autoclaved at 134°C. Flush the lumen and the hole with clean water immediately after use, remove all residue before sterilization, and dry completely. Inspect the hole edge each cycle, since on a single hole cannula that one edge determines how the instrument performs.
What is the minimum order quantity for bulk orders?
The minimum order quantity is agreed per order rather than set at a fixed number. Send us the sizes, fittings and quantities you need through the wholesale request page and we will confirm the minimum for that specification. This lets a small distributor start with a trial order and a larger importer scale up on the same terms.
Which size should I use?
Arms, neck and most correction work suit 2.0mm to 2.5mm diameters in 15cm to 25cm, which is where this cannula is chosen most often. Facial and submental work uses 1.0mm to 1.5mm in 5cm to 12cm. Larger diameters of 3.0mm to 4.0mm in 25cm to 35cm are available, though in a single hole design these are finishing instruments rather than bulk removal tools.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples are available on request and the buyer covers the shipping charges. Tell us the diameter, length and fitting you want to evaluate and we will confirm what can be sent. Testing a sample before a bulk order is the fastest way to check hole edge finish and hub fit against your own equipment.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Custom diameters, working lengths and hole positions are available on request in addition to the standard size grid. Send your specification through the wholesale request page and our production team will confirm what can be produced. Custom branding is also available for distributor and OEM orders.
