The Stevens Style Liposuction Cannula with Fixed Power Handle is a multi-port aspiration cannula supplied with the handle permanently attached to the shaft, used to remove subcutaneous fat under vacuum during liposuction and body contouring. Because handle and shaft are one piece, there is no joint to loosen mid-case, no leak point in the vacuum path, and no thread to clean afterwards. It is used in body contouring practices and supplied in bulk to distributors worldwide. See the full Stevens Style Liposuction Cannula range for other fittings.
Buyers also search for this instrument as a fixed handle lipo cannula, a one-piece aspiration cannula, or an integrated handle suction cannula.
At a Glance
A fixed handle removes the weakest point of a modular cannula. On a screw-fit or Luer-fit instrument the joint is where play develops, where vacuum leaks, and where residue collects. A one-piece build has none of those failure points, which is why many surgeons keep a set of fixed-handle cannulas in their most-used sizes.
Reading from the tip backward, the first opening is a single long hole on the upper surface. Being elongated rather than round, it draws along a continuous stretch of tissue instead of from one spot, which is what makes it useful at the leading edge of the pass where feathering matters most. Behind it sits the Mercedes group, three ports arranged around the shaft, which carries most of the flow. Behind that, four round holes are set in a line along the shaft, extending the working aperture so the cannula keeps drawing throughout the stroke instead of only at the tip.
Both tip profiles are available on this cannula. The blunt tip is fully rounded and is the safer general-purpose choice, because it pushes vessels and nerves aside rather than dividing them. The bullet tip has a slightly tapered nose, which makes entry through fibrous or scarred tissue easier and needs less force on each pass. Select the tip profile when you order.

The cannula is made from German stainless steel with a passivated surface that resists corrosion through repeated autoclave cycles. It is reusable and can be steam sterilized at 134°C. Flush the lumen and every port with clean water immediately after use and dry fully before autoclaving. A multi-port cannula has more openings to clear than a single-hole design, so check each port under light before sterilization.
A fixed handle serves one shaft only, so it suits sizes you use case after case; if you rotate through many diameters, a detachable fitting costs less per size. Diameters of 3.0mm to 6.0mm in 25cm to 35cm are the working range for large body areas such as the abdomen, flanks and thighs. The 1.8mm to 2.5mm range in 15cm to 25cm suits arms, the neck and superficial refinement. The 1.0mm to 1.5mm diameters in 5cm to 12cm are for fine facial and submental work. Choose the blunt tip for general use and the bullet tip when passing through fibrous or previously operated tissue.

Manufactured by Healermed Instruments, a surgical instruments manufacturer and exporter based in Sialkot, Pakistan. Factory-direct pricing removes the importer and distributor layer. Production runs under an ISO 13485 and FDA CGMP quality system, with ISO 9001 and CE Mark certification. OEM manufacturing and custom branding are available for distributor and brand-owner orders.

What is a fixed handle liposuction cannula used for?
It is used to remove subcutaneous fat under vacuum during liposuction, with the handle permanently joined to the shaft. Surgeons choose it for routine sizes where they want maximum rigidity, no vacuum leak at a joint, and the simplest possible cleaning after the case.
What is the difference between a Mercedes tip cannula and a single-hole cannula?
A Mercedes tip has three ports grouped around the shaft; a single-hole cannula has one. The three-port group moves more fat per pass and spreads the draw around the shaft, which reduces the chance of over-resection at one point. A single hole gives finer, slower control and is usually chosen for superficial refinement.
Should I choose a blunt tip or a bullet tip?
Choose the blunt tip for general liposuction. Its fully rounded nose pushes vessels and nerves aside rather than dividing them, which is the safer default. Choose the bullet tip when working through fibrous, scarred or previously operated tissue, where the tapered nose needs less force on each pass. Both profiles are available in every size.
Is this cannula autoclavable?
Yes. The instrument is fully reusable and can be steam autoclaved at 134°C. Flush the lumen and every port with clean water immediately after use, remove all residue before sterilization, and dry completely. Check each of the eight openings under light, because a multi-port cannula holds residue in more places than a single-hole design.
What is the minimum order quantity for bulk orders?
The minimum order quantity is agreed per order rather than set at a fixed number. Send us the sizes, tips and quantities you need through the wholesale request page and we will confirm the minimum for that specification. This lets a small distributor start with a trial order and a larger importer scale up on the same terms.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples are available on request and the buyer covers the shipping charges. Tell us the diameter, length and tip profile you want to evaluate and we will confirm what can be sent. Handling a sample is the only reliable way to judge handle balance before committing to a bulk order.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Custom diameters, working lengths, and port patterns are available on request in addition to the standard size grid. Send your specification through the wholesale request page and our production team will confirm what can be produced. Custom branding is also available for distributor and OEM orders.
