That combination follows how most cases actually run. Aspirate is collected in 60cc Toomey syringes because the wide bore lets thick fat move without clogging, but injection is done from small Luer syringes. The stand sits at the point where the case changes from one to the other: harvest syringes go in the top, and what is kept comes out through a Luer connection ready for the transfer step.
It removes a handling stage. Without it, the surgeon separates in the Toomey syringe, then has to get the fat into Luer syringes some other way, which usually means decanting into a bowl and drawing back up. A Luer outlet keeps the graft in a closed path from the harvest syringe onward.
What comes out of a donor site is not graft. It is fat mixed with tumescent fluid, blood and free oil from cells broken during aspiration, and only one of those is worth injecting.
Left standing, the mixture separates by density on its own. Free oil rises to the top, the fat layer sits in the middle, and tumescent fluid and blood collect at the bottom. Decanting is simply letting that happen and then removing the layers the surgeon does not want.
The point of removing them is what they do after injection. Tumescent fluid contributes volume that disappears within days, so a graft that has not been separated looks correct at the end of the case and undercorrected a week later. Free oil and blood are inflammatory in the recipient site and add nothing. Separating first means the volume the surgeon places is the volume that has a chance of staying.
A stand is what makes it practical. Syringes have to stand nozzle-down and undisturbed for the separation to be clean, and a rack holds a set of them square and stable while the surgeon works on something else. Held by hand or propped in a kidney dish they tip, remix, and the case waits.

The stand is made from German stainless steel and is fully reusable, steam autoclavable to 134°C. Clean immediately after every case, since fat and tumescent residue set into the seats and the drain path far faster once dry. Check each syringe seat for distortion at every cycle: a bent or spread seat lets a syringe sit out of vertical, and a syringe that is not upright will not separate cleanly no matter how long it stands.
