The Facelift Infiltration Cannula with Fixed Power Handle is a blunt-tip, side-ported cannula supplied with the handle permanently attached to the shaft, used to deliver tumescent or wetting solution into subcutaneous tissue before facelift dissection, liposuction, or fat grafting. Because the handle and shaft are one piece, there is no joint to loosen mid-case and no thread to clean afterwards. It is used in aesthetic surgery centers and supplied in bulk to distributors worldwide. See the full Facelift Infiltration Cannulas range for other fittings.
Buyers also search for this instrument as a fixed handle infiltration cannula, a one-piece infiltrator cannula, or an integrated handle tumescent cannula.
At a Glance
A fixed handle removes the weakest point of a modular cannula. On a screw-fit or Luer-fit instrument, the joint is where play develops, where solution leaks, and where dried residue collects. A one-piece build has none of those failure points, which is why many surgeons keep a set of fixed-handle cannulas in their most-used sizes.

The instrument is made from German stainless steel with a passivated, corrosion-resistant surface. It is reusable and steam autoclavable to 134°C. Flush the lumen and all side ports with clean water immediately after use and dry fully before sterilization. A one-piece build has no internal joint cavity, so cleaning is limited to the lumen and ports.
Choose a fixed handle when a size is part of your routine and you want the most rigid, lowest-maintenance version of it. The trade-off is that one handle serves one shaft: if you rotate through many diameters and lengths, a detachable Luer or threaded fitting will cost less per size. For facelift and facial infiltration, 1.0mm to 1.5mm in 5cm to 12cm is the standard range; move to 1.8mm to 2.5mm in 15cm to 25cm for neck and small body areas, and 3.0mm and above for large-volume body work.

What is a fixed handle infiltration cannula used for?
It is used to infiltrate tumescent or wetting solution into subcutaneous tissue before facelift, liposuction, or fat grafting, with the handle permanently joined to the shaft. Surgeons choose it for routine sizes where they want maximum rigidity and no joint that can loosen or leak during a case.
What is the difference between a fixed handle and a detachable handle cannula?
A fixed handle is one piece with the shaft, so it is more rigid and simpler to clean but serves only that one size. A detachable handle takes many different shafts through a Luer or threaded fitting, which is more economical across a size range but adds a joint that must be checked and cleaned.
Is this cannula autoclavable?
Yes. The instrument is fully reusable and can be steam autoclaved at 134°C. Flush the lumen and every side port with clean water immediately after use, remove all residue before sterilization, and dry completely. With no detachable joint, there is no hub cavity or thread that needs separate brushing.
What is the minimum order quantity for bulk orders?
The minimum order quantity is agreed per order rather than set at a fixed number. Send us the sizes and quantities you need through the wholesale request page and we will confirm the minimum for that specification. This lets a small distributor start with a trial order and a larger importer scale up on the same terms.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples are available on request and the buyer covers the shipping charges. Tell us the diameter and length you want to evaluate and we will confirm what can be sent. Testing a sample before a bulk order is the fastest way to check handle balance, tip finish and port pattern in your own hands.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Custom diameters, working lengths, and port patterns are available on request in addition to the standard size grid. Send your specification through the wholesale request page and our production team will confirm what can be produced. Custom branding is also available for distributor and OEM orders.
