Liposuction Cannulas and Accessories › Standard Single Hole Liposuction Cannulas › BeautiFill Laser Compatible
The Standard Single Hole Liposuction Cannula with BeautiFill Laser Compatible fitting carries the same shaft, openings and tip as every other fitting in the range, with a hub built for that equipment. It is part of the Healermed liposuction cannulas and accessories range.
At a Glance
Laser-assisted lipolysis systems deliver laser energy through the cannula as well as drawing fat through it, so the hub has to seat into the handpiece with the fibre path aligned and held. That is a tighter mechanical requirement than a syringe fitting: play at the coupling affects alignment, not just vacuum. A cannula for this kind of system is machined to the handpiece rather than to a general standard, which is why it fits that equipment and nothing else.
One opening means the surgeon knows exactly where the fat is coming from. On a multi-port cannula the draw is spread along the shaft and the result is the sum of several openings working at once; the surgeon aims the instrument and reads the outcome afterwards. With a single hole, the aperture is a known point on a known side, and the removal happens there and nowhere else.
That precision is why the single hole cannula stays in the tray long after faster designs are bought. It is the instrument for the last ten percent of a case: taking down a small ridge, correcting one side that came out fuller than the other, or working a shallow pocket where a wider draw would take too much. It is also the standard teaching instrument, because the relationship between what the hand does and what the tissue does is direct enough to learn from.
The trade is speed. One opening moves less fat per pass than several, so a single hole cannula is the wrong tool for debulking a large area — that is what the multi-port designs are for. Most surgeons carry both and switch when the case moves from volume to refinement.
The distal tip is closed and rounded. It separates the plane by blunt dissection as the cannula advances, pushing vessels and nerves aside rather than dividing them, and the vacuum works through the side hole rather than the end of the shaft.

The cannula is made from German stainless steel with a passivated surface that resists corrosion through repeated cleaning cycles. It is reusable and steam autoclavable to 134°C. Flush the lumen and every opening immediately after use, remove all residue before sterilization, and dry completely. Inspect the hub coupling as well as the openings at each cycle, since a worn coupling loses the seal and the alignment the equipment depends on.
Order this fitting only if you own a BeautiFill laser system, and confirm the handpiece model with us before ordering; the hub will not fit a syringe or a manual handle. The size grid is identical across every fitting in this range.

Manufactured by Healermed Instruments, a surgical instruments manufacturer and exporter based in Sialkot, Pakistan. Factory-direct pricing removes the importer and distributor layer. Production runs under an ISO 13485 and FDA CGMP quality system, with ISO 9001 and CE Mark certification. OEM manufacturing and custom branding are available for distributor and brand-owner orders.
What is a single hole beautifill laser compatible cannula used for?
It is used with BeautiFill laser lipolysis handpieces during laser-assisted liposuction and fat harvesting. The hub is machined to seat into that handpiece specifically; the shaft, openings and tip work as they do on the manual versions of the same cannula.
Does this fit any other handpiece?
No. Handpiece manufacturers do not share a common fitting, so a hub machined for one system will not seat correctly in another. Adapting or forcing a fitting introduces play at the point that carries mechanical load and holds the seal. Order the hub that matches your equipment.
Is this cannula autoclavable?
Yes. It is fully reusable and steam autoclavable to 134°C. Flush the lumen and every opening immediately after use, and inspect the hub coupling at each cycle.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples are available on request and the buyer covers the shipping charges. Send us your handpiece and system details with the diameter and length you want to evaluate, and confirm compatibility with us before ordering. Testing a sample in your own handpiece before a bulk order is essential for any laser system fitting.
What is the minimum order quantity for bulk orders?
The minimum order quantity is agreed per order rather than set at a fixed number. Send us the sizes, fittings and quantities you need through the wholesale request page and we will confirm the minimum for that specification.
